This project involved the installation of a structural laminated pool glass balustrade at the penthouse apartment of the Sentinel Building.

The system features 17.52 laminated glass panels, 1200 mm high and set off the finished floor level, specifically engineered with custom steel plates to securely lock the glass in place.

Wind loads and structural requirements were carefully considered by the architects and glass engineers during the design phase. Our team worked closely with the builders to refine the design and ensure it could be installed seamlessly on site.

A rubber gasket was applied as a bond breaker prior to compression, allowing the steel plates to secure the glass safely in place without any risk of breakage.
