Services Provided: Supply and installation of frameless internal office partitions and pivot doors

This commercial office fit-out involved the installation of sleek, frameless glass partitions to create functional yet visually open workspaces. The brief called for a modern, premium finish with strong architectural detail while maintaining transparency and flow throughout the office.

Fixed glass panels were installed ahead of the main works, allowing doors and detailing to be completed on a separate visit. On this stage of the project, the team fitted frameless pivot doors and commenced installation of the decorative glazing bars.

The system uses 10mm safety glass set into tracks and channels, finished with matte black hardware throughout. Black flat bars were applied to the glazing to form a subtle colonial-style grid, adding character without compromising the clean aesthetic. Hydraulic floor closers were integrated into the doors to ensure smooth operation and long-term durability.

Roger led the job on site, with support from Daryl, Ezra, and Stu as required, ensuring a high-quality outcome aligned with the client’s expectations.
